Hello Mr. Donald, I am here on behalf of my son, my son and I arrived in Canada in 2016, he was only 12 at that time, he graduated high-school in 2022, and he got a 2 years study permit for trades, but he was dropped from the program because the study permit wasn't ready by time it started, I couldn't help my son to apply for another program, for not being able to pay the fees for international students. I tried to convince him to go back to Sri Lanka, or even to go to New Brunswick, but he definitely wants to stay in Vancouver/Burnaby because of his friends, and to get used to the Canadian society. Now he is an young adult man 19 years old, still struggling to find a job withno experience and education, but he is determined to make everything he can to stay in Canada, can he apply for humanitarian and compationate grounds.
